However, Eskisehir Turkey had many other attractions for me.
Then there was the mind-blowing Eskisehir Science and Arts Center, it felt like I was walking through a sci-fi movie set in those futuristic buildings! The interactive exhibits were enjoyable and the giant hologram theater felt like something out of science fiction. An amalgamation of elements that should have collided, but had not yet, this district was definitely unique to Eskisehir Turkey.
Contrast is a beautiful thing, and one minute I was pretending to fight gladiators to the death at the Dorylium – an ancient ruin I visited – and the next I was getting some relaxation at a 5-star thermal spa. Well, let me tell you, nothing was better than melting my body in this warm water after walking around all day. The Porsuk River provided a peaceful respite for nature lovers and literally took my breath away while walking through the Sakaria Valley with its majestic views.

A modern landmark alongside traditional sights, it was a nice touch from Eskişehir to acknowledge both its history and progress.

Thus, I braved a trek to Sakaria Valley, breathing in the fresh air and marveling at the breathtaking scenery around me.
